Setup Application Lab to cater to local development of concepts, to promote silicone applications in Beauty, Home & Personal care categories to various Local and MNC Customers by working with Sales and Distributors team.
Develop Project Proposal & Strategic alliance: Worked closely with Sales, Marketing & Distributor, External vendors, CRO’s team to connect industry trends & customer requirements to develop project proposals and expand Business.
Technology Scouting, Concept & Application of Silicones by Setting Application Lab, Performance trials to Provide Technical Solutions to Customers & Distributor.
Key Achievements :
Developed applications of Silicones in Skin, Hair, Personal and Homecare products range and worked with sales team topromote and grow the company’s special chemical business. Developed “Silicone application in Soaps” by working with Soap Manufacturer, Suppliers and conducted Performance studies and presented Technical Paper in Trade Exhibitions.
Successfully Conducted Product performance & Benchmarking Studies: Worked to evaluate performance, benchmarking studies for Shampoo(Vatika, Pantene, Clinic Plus); Conditioners (Rinse off &Leave ON) by incorporating Silicones(Fluids, Emulsions, Microemulsions)and reformulating to present technical findings to Customers.
