Lead formulation development activities, set up the lab in line with Global standards, develop sensory protocols, and set and validation activities at Contract Manufacture for Soaps and establish Quality standards, Process Efficiency.
Lead Product activities for Validation of High-Speed Tube & Bottling lines(TGM & ACMA GD -400upm), Process for the first scale of manufacturing(10MT) for Toothpaste, Cream, Lotion and Shampoo Unit, Haridwar.
Key Achievements :
Developed “Pepsodent 2 in 1 (Chalk-Silica Co-Extrusion Toothpaste)” to provide Germ Protection + Freshness in a single tube by ensuring product stability, rheology.
Expertise in developing products Oral Care categories Gum Care, Freshness, Sensitivity by using various actives, adopting new technologies and conducting performance studies.
Developing consumer acceptable formulations for Oral care for Asia, Europe and Africa worked for global brands like “PEPSODENT, CLOSEUP, SIGNAL, and MENTADENT”
Cost Optimization- Successfully delivered many cost-effective projects for oral care by developing alternative local suppliers for Silica, Binders, Flavors & Humectants
Key member in commissioning high-speed bottling (Shampoos/Lotions) and Tube (Cream) filling machine speed 400 tubes/min.
