Build Team of Formulators, Process & Packaging Engineers to create Additives product range to complement the Company’s Appliance range.
Scout External Suppliers /Manufacturers /CRO’s partners to evaluate Product portfolio and prepare the Business case to management for the ‘Make V/s Buy’ proposal.
Evaluate Market, Create Business Proposal, Strategy, Conduct benchmarking studies for Home Care Product Range (laundry & Dish wash)
Key Achievements:
Successfully Conducted benchmarking studies for Liquid Detergents (laundry & Dish wash), Rinse Aids for Domestic and Industrial Segments by doing competitor evaluation of Ecolab, Johnson Diversey and accordingly developed products for IFB Appliance.
Developed with External CRO’s Essential range Fluff Liquid Detergent, Fabric Conditioners, Stain removers for Domestic and Institutional market.
